FAP Creations is committed to quality products, but just in case you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow these guidelines:
*All items may be returned for exchanges or refund only within 7 days of receipt of the package. No exchanges will be honored after the 7 days—exceptions will be made for holiday gifts.
*A copy of the invoice must be included in package.
*Items must be in original box.
*Shipping charges are non-refundable.
*All returns must be packaged in a padded enveloped. Damaged goods will not be accepted.
* You will be emailed the return information.
*We do not accept returns of custom orders, used goods, or sale/clearance items.
